Returns
- All sales are final. We do not offer returns on any jewelry items.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3–4 days of delivery.
- A box-opening video (clearly showing the unboxing and defect) is mandatory to process your request.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Earrings, nose pins, or any jewelry for piercings (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale or discounted items.
Exchange Process
- Send your box-opening video on WhatsApp at +91-8236048438.
- Once verified and approved, our team will share the return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the product, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- If the product is confirmed defective or damaged, RoopSajja Jewelry will bear the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

- RoopSajja Jewelry reserves the right to reject exchange requests if conditions are not met.
